Hello Everyone,

A crucial vote in the Senate for President Bush's Budget request for LSTA
Funding at 214 million is coming to a vote THIS FRIDAY.  The two Senator's
from Indiana have not signed the "Dear Colleague" letter sponsored by
Senator Reed(D) and Senator  Collins in support of this funding.  Today and
tomorrow please contact Senator Lugar and Senator Bayh's office and urge
them to sign onto the "Dear Colleague" letter.  Let them know how important
LSTA Federal money is to Indiana.
