From klpalmer at iupui.edu Tue Feb 27 10:08:49 2007 From: klpalmer at iupui.edu (Palmer, Kristi L) Date: Tue, 27 Feb 2007 10:08:49 -0500 Subject: [Techservices] ILF Panel Members Message-ID: <38047D1AC7FE9C4B9F9B780A13EF022DBAB0BC@iu-mssg-mbx103.ads.iu.edu> Greetings, The ILF Technical Services Division is preparing for the annual ILF meeting in November 13-15, 2007. One program we hope to hold is a panel discussion regarding how different types of libraries are handling the Library of Congress's decision to cease adding and updating series authorities. We would like to hear from a variety of libraries: Special, Children's, School, Academic, Public, etc. If you are interested in sharing the policies your library has developed or is considering regarding series authorities please contact Kristi Palmer at klpalmer at iupui.edu . I believe all libraries will benefit from hearing the strategies of others. Many thanks, Kristi Kristi L.
